Order and Delivery
Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: At Omnia Store we strive for fast delivery. In most cases you will receive your order within 7 working days.
Question: The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
Answer: We understand your concerns. Although 99% of orders arrive on time, delays can sometimes occur. You can track the status of your order via our 'Track your order' page. If your order is late, please feel free to contact us.
Question: I am missing some products in my order, what should I do?
Answer: We apologize if something is missing from your order. Let us know via our contact form and we will ship the missing product to you immediately.
Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: Great news! At Omnia Store we ship ALL orders for FREE. In some cases we even offer FREE items, for which we only charge €6.95 in shipping costs to cover some of the costs.
Exchanges and Returns
Question: I'm not happy with my order, can I return it?
Answer: Certainly, at Omnia Store you have the option to return any order to us within 14 days.
Question: I want to return an item, what should I do?
Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the products are in their original condition, including tags and tags, without any signs of use. Always provide a Track & Trace code when returning, because the sender is responsible for the shipping.
Track and Trace
Question: Where can I find my Track and Trace code?
Answer: You will receive your Track and Trace code as soon as your order has been shipped. This code is usually sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. If you did not receive the code or missed it, you can also request it via email or by contacting our live chat. Our customer service team is ready to assist you and provide you with the information you need so you can track your order while it is in transit to you.
Question: The Track & Trace code does not provide any information, how is that possible?
Answer: Please note that the Track & Trace information is available once your package has arrived at the mail order company. There may be some delay between these steps.
