We offer a 14-day money back guarantee because we believe in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at store.omnia.info@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Our dedicated team is ready to assist you with the returns process for a refund.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return and money back guarantee, we kindly ask you to ensure that:
- The goods are undamaged and in the original packaging.
- The goods are in a condition in which we can resell them.
The order will be canceled after receipt of the returned goods. Any payments already made by the customer will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
Excluded from Return
Please note that the following goods are excluded from the right of return:
- Goods ordered for business projects.
- Custom-made goods. Special orders or custom goods cannot be returned.

Underwear, such as underpants and shirts, cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
